Dr. TecTock can install, configure, and troubleshoot all your home office equipment, including computers, printers, scanners, Internet connection, and wireless routers. Onsite visits are charged at an hourly rate of $75 with a two hour minimum.

When you need software support for programs like Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), email programs, or Internet browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome), Dr. TecTock is available over the phone. Most problems can be solved within 15 minutes, which will only cost you $10.
